1. About Best Skip Hire

Best Skip Hire (operated by Digital Grove Ltd) is a skip hire comparison and lead generation service. We connect customers with independent local skip hire companies across the UK. We are not a skip hire company ourselves — we do not own skips, employ drivers, or directly perform any skip hire service.

All skip hire services are provided by independent third-party operators ("Partners") in our network. Contracts for skip hire are formed directly between the customer and the relevant Partner.

2. Using Our Service

By using bestskiphire.co.uk you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting quote requests
• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with the website or its infrastructure
• Not submit false, fraudulent or misleading enquiries

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative estimates based on typical market rates. Actual prices are confirmed by the Partner at the point of booking and may vary depending on your location, access requirements, waste type, hire duration and local market conditions.

Best Skip Hire does not guarantee that any particular price will be available. We are not responsible for any price discrepancy between our indicative prices and the final quote provided by a Partner.

4. Partner Services

When we pass your enquiry to a Partner, any contract formed is solely between you and that Partner. Best Skip Hire is not party to that contract and accepts no liability for:

• Delivery or collection failures by a Partner
• Damage caused by a Partner during delivery, positioning or collection
• Permit applications or compliance issues handled by a Partner
• Disputes between you and a Partner regarding pricing, service quality or waste disposal

All Partners in our network are independently licensed waste carriers. It is your responsibility to confirm the Partner's Waste Carrier Licence before proceeding with a booking.

5. Waste and Permits

It is a criminal offence to deposit controlled waste illegally or use an unlicensed waste carrier (Environmental Protection Act 1990). You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You only place permitted waste types in the skip
• A valid road permit is obtained if the skip is placed on a public highway
• The skip is not overfilled beyond the fill line marked on the skip
• No hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, etc.) is placed in a general skip

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Skip Hire and Digital Grove Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or any skip hire service arranged through it.

Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bestskiphire.co.uk — including text, images, design and code — is the property of Digital Grove Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
