How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–4pm). For urgent requests, please email us directly and we'll prioritise your enquiry.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Most bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I have a problem with my skip or delivery?
Contact us immediately by phone or email. We will liaise directly with the skip hire company on your behalf to resolve any issue quickly.
